Terms and Conditions
DELIVERY - Orders are despatched as soon as possible after they are paid for, by first class - up to weight 2kg or parcel post/DHL over 2kg - please allow at least 7 days for delivery - although you will normally receive your order in 2-3 days.
RETURNS - Our returns policy is as follows and does not affect your statutory rights. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. If we have already dispatched the item to you, you will need to return it to us as soon as possible. Postage costs for Returns is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. A Refund will be issued if items are returned in the condition that they were originally sent, ie unwashed, unworn, unmarked and with original tags where appropriate, and they are returned in the time stated. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the package reaches us safely and we suggest you obtain proof of posting. In the unlikely event of you wanting to return an item - please email us first.
